Hi All,

Once upon a time one woman came to Gandhi ji with her child. She asked him to tell her child to avoid eating so much sugar. Gandhi ji said, please come after five days. After five days the lady come back with her child. Gandhi ji said to the child: " Dear Son, eating too much sugar is a bad habit, so avoid it ". Lady was surprised and asked him, you can say this thing 5 days before also. Why did you tell us to come after 5 days? Gandhi ji smiled & said 5 days before I used to eat sugar by my self. So during these five days, firstly I left my habit and now i can say this boy to give up this habit.

Being a team leader (TL) is really a tough job. You need many qualities to be a successful TL. According to my perception, some of them are :
1. Good tolerance power.
2. Sound and thorough knowledge in his/her domain.
3. He/ she must be practical not emotional.
4. If the team is doing good work and succeeding, its his/her responsibility to encourage their team mates.
5. If a team fail to do any job, TL should hold the moral of team, try to find the fault and prepare the team for future to deal that situation.
6. TL must create a healthy interface between management and team members.
7. He/she should be loyal and sincere for the company.
